For best results, prepare the pan before each bake with solid vegetable shortening and flour or cocoa. You can also use baking spray that contains flour. Always make sure the side is securely latched to the base before adding your batter.
Hand wash with warm, soapy water to help preserve the nonstick coating. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners.
