At the center of the crate is the Nordic Ware Prism Loaf Pan, the VIP of this collection. We chose this pan because its natural aluminum construction promotes even baking, while the Prism grid pattern encourages airflow for beautifully browned loaves and an easy release. It’s a pan you’ll continue using for quick breads, banana bread, meatloaf, and so much more.
Next, the GIR Ultimate Whisk helps create a smooth, lump-free batter with minimal effort. After baking, the included deli paper makes it easy to flip the loaf out of the pan and creates a clean workspace while glazing. We’ve also included our lemon cake mix and lemon pudding mix, which work together to create a moist loaf with bright lemon flavor in every bite.
