What’s the best age for your crates?

Our crates are designed with simplified, approachable techniques that make cooking easier and more enjoyable for everyone. While they’re great for all ages, children will need adult assistance.

What other tools or materials will I need?

You’ll need basic kitchen tools, groceries, and internet access. Each crate includes essential tools, and anything you might be missing can be found in our B&P Kitchen Store. A recipe card (a.k.a. grocery list) is included with every crate to make shopping a breeze.

Can I purchase a single crate?

Yes! While our crates are designed to build on each other—starting with foundational skills in Crates One and Two—you’re welcome to purchase individual crates through the B&P Store. We encourage the full experience, but the choice is yours.

Will my crates contain perishable goods?

Nope! We keep all crates shelf-stable for your convenience. Just like you, we have our favorite grocery store brands—we go premium when it counts and generic when it makes sense. We want you to have the same freedom with your ingredients.

How long will each crate recipe take to complete?

We focus on delicious recipes that don’t take all day. Most crate recipes—including prep and bake time—can be completed in under two hours. Each recipe includes its own estimated time to help you plan ahead.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Since you’ll be sourcing the ingredients, our recipes are flexible and easy to adapt. Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or just know what you like we encourage you to make the recipes work for you!
