The Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Corn Syrup
  • 315 g Granulated Sugar
  • 16 oz. Peanut Butter
  • 9.6 oz. Cornflakes

Instructions

  • 1. Combine Corn Syrup & Sugar in a saucepan.
  • 2. Cook on medium-low heat until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently.
  • 3. Remove from heat and add Peanut Butter.
  • 4. Add Cornflakes to a bowl and pour Peanut Butter mixture over cornflakes. Gently stir to fully combine Cornflakes into Corn Syrup mix.
  • 5. Using a 1.5 oz. or 3 Tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop onto parchment paper.
  • 6. Let cookies cool until room temperature.

  • Add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top before baking for a bakery-style finish.
  • Top with sprinkles for any occasion.
