We are Entrepreneurs & Mothers, Bakers & Friends, Classy & Hometown, Laidback & Highclass, Bold & Colorful, Spirited & Generous, Polite & Fluent in four letter words. But everything we are wouldn’t be possible without the amazing, supportive, very very patient men in our lives.
Born and raised in southern Oklahoma, we built a hometown restaurant and bakery from the ground up—learning the craft through 11 years of hands-on experience. Eventually, we craved more time for our families, our pups, for traveling, eating, and drinking and that’s how Birdy & Pretzels was imagined.
Now, we’re sharing our restaurant and bakery know-how to help you create impressive baked goods in less time, with minimal cleanup, and more joy around the table!
Birdy and Pretzels are our two charismatic golden retrievers who bring joy and a healthy dose of chaos to our lives. Birdy is a gentle, curious soul who loves chasing dragonflies, while Pretzels is a playful spirit with ENDLESS gas in the tank. Together, they’re the right dose of joy and golden energy, making life a little sweeter.
Our mission is to share our knowledge and experience to help every home baker feel confident, capable, and creative in the kitchen. If we are happy and bake with love the food tastes sweeter.
