We start with perfectly ripe avocados and build from there, layering fresh, vibrant ingredients that bring every bite to life. Think crisp red onion, juicy tomatoes, fragrant cilantro, and just the right kick from jalapeño. A squeeze of fresh lime juice brightens everything up—but the real game changer? Our signature house guacamole seasoning. It’s what takes our guac from good to unforgettable.

Great guacamole starts before we even step into the kitchen—it starts with choosing the right avocado. And yes, we’re a little picky about it.
Here’s how we do it:
1. Check under the stem
Gently pop off the small stem at the top. If it’s light green underneath, you’ve got a winner. If it’s brown, it’s likely overripe.
2. The thumb test
Using the inside of your thumb, gently press the avocado. It should barely give under pressure—not too firm, not too mushy.
3. Trust the feel
A perfect avocado feels just right in your hand—slightly soft, but still holding its shape.
When you start with avocados at their peak, everything else falls into place. The texture is creamy, the flavor is rich, and every ingredient shines the way it should.
